CHAPTER 03: MINDFULNESS EXISTS WITHIN YOU
Mindfulness is defined as, "a technique in which one focuses one's full attention only on the present, experiencing thoughts, feelings, and sensations but not judging them. The use of mindfulness can reduce stress and physical pain."
Now, that is a good ability to have, yet so many people lose control of their emotions, their mind, and their language, when confronted with a negative situation.
